Stonebridge Homes

We were very grateful for the community grant funding allocated to the Federation of Crigglestone and The Castle Nursery Schools in December 2021, from Stonebridge Homes.

We were able to use some of the money to create food hampers, which we distributed to some of our most vulnerable families at each school.

The remaining funding has been used to develop Mental Health and Wellbeing for staff, children and families across the schools. As a federation we have signed up to take part in the School Mental Health Award (Leeds Beckett). We have also trained four Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs). In addition to this, we have been developing our staff break areas, to support and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
